EL DISPOSITIVO ANALÍTICO PARA EL CASO DE LA PSICOSIS. (The analytical device for the case of psychosis)

Resumen

El dispositivo analítico para el caso de la psicosis no puede ser lo mismo que para el caso de la neurosis; incluso, podría cuestionarse su lugar. No obstante, la búsqueda del lugar del analista en el caso de la psicosis ha sido constante desde el mismo Freud y heredada su preocupación por Lacan y Miller. Lo que deja visto este informe es que hay avances significativos al respecto con la psicosis, que pasan por la modulación en la propuesta de la imparcial escucha, no obstante ser su bastión; pero, también, por el deseo del analista en consecuencia con el pedido freudiano de combatir con el furor sanandi y el atento uso de la transferencia. Hay posibilidades que se abren en el tratamiento de la psicosis a pesar de la diferencia que marca; más aún, si se logra superar la tendencia terapéutica a crear imágenes a semejanza.

 ABSTRACT 

The analytical device for the case of psychosis may not be the same as in the case of neurosis; It's also, might even question his place. Nevertheless, search the analyst's place in the case of psychosis has been constant since Freud himself and inherited his concern for Lacan and Miller. This leaves seen this report is that there is significant progress in this regard to psychosis, passing through the modulation in the fair listening proposal, however, to be its stronghold; but also, by the desire of the analyst according with the order freudian to fight against the furor sanandi and the careful use of the transfer. There are opportunities opening up in the treatment of psychosis despite the difference that makes; further, if it can overcome the tendency therapy to create similar images to therapist.
