GRADO DE SATISFACCION DE LA POBLACION DE DAMASCO (ANTIOQUIA) CON EL PROGRAMA DISCENTE ASISTENCIAL ODONTOLOGICO "GUILLERMO VARGAS PAREDES

Abstract

Este trabajo se realizó en marzo de 1994 en el área urbana de Damasco, corregimiento de Santa Bárbara, Antioquia. El objetivo principal fue determinar si la atención prestada por los estudiantes del IX y X semestre de Odontología del CES es o no aceptada por la comunidad y dar a conocer las posibles causas de su aceptación o rechazo. Para evaluar el grado de satisfacción de la población con el programa se hizo un estudio descriptivo retrospectivo mediante una encuesta, observando cuidadosa y sistemáticamente los fenómenos que se repiten con regularidad sobre la prestación del servicio odontológico. En general se encontró gran satisfacción de la población con el servicio odontológico. Abstract This study was conducted in march, 1994, in the intramuralareaofDamasco, adistrictofSantaBárbara, Antioquia. Its main objective was to detennine whetherthehealth care rendered by the students of the IX and X semesters of Dentistry of the CES is oris not accepted by the cornmunity, and to make known the likely causes for its acceptance or rejection.
