Abstract

This article seeks to explore the concept of innovation (and legal innovation), as well as its main currents and manifestations, such as legal tech, legal design thinking, and legal project management. It also seeks to justify the need to further develop and adopt them given the limited quantity and quality of access to public and private legal services. It also seeks to shed light on some national and international experiences in these disciplines.
